One: Create a Support System!
Having positive support is crucial in starting any workout system, and there are several ways you can make yours even more inspirational!

Three: Create a Routine
Completing Insanity is a big challenge, but you can do it! Setting a routine is extremely helpful in reaching your goals.
-Try to set the time of day that works best with your hectic life schedule. Are you a morning person? Completing your workout early can give you lasting energy throughout the day and kick start your metabolism. Do you have to drag yourself out of bed or hit the snooze button a few times? Then set a more realistic time that will make your workout additionally enjoyable for you.
-When following the revolutionary nutrition plan, try keeping a log of the foods you eat. This will keep things in perspective, and remind you of your progress on busy days. You can also look back and reference foods you enjoyed or worked best for you and reintegrate them into your eating habits.
