Can it be done?

The answer is, yes. Yes, it can.

How do I know?

Very simple. I’ve done it. And so can you.

My name is Teri Walker, and I know how you feel. I know your struggles.

You want answers. And I’m going to help you find them.

My Story

Hello my name is Teri Walker. I am a Wellness Practitioner. I am VERY passionate about transforming people’s lives through health, fitness, and self development. I developed a love for fitness because of extreme adverse situations that happened to me as a child. Since fitness was something I could control when everything else in my life was so chaotic, it became my companion in a sense, because I knew it would never leave me.

I was a child of welfare and abuse. I know what it’s like to feel helpless, alone and afraid.

As a painfully shy child and young adult, it would have been so very easy to just give up and give in.

But I said no. No more being a victim. It was time to take control.

My Path to Freedom and Transformation

I truly believed that the path to a better life, free from fear and lack of confidence, was to look my fears in the face and tackle them head on. My desire for a healthy, fit life led me to a Master’s in Nursing as a Nurse Practitioner, as well as getting credentialed in nutrition and personal training. I became a fitness guru, rejecting pill pushing in favor of a more natural route.

Now I help others move beyond their own constraints. With over 20 years as a Nurse Practitioner, helping others make lifestyle changes without reliance on chemicals, I’ve helped people totally change their lives.

Along the way, I’ve grown from a shy, fearful person to an assertive woman who now embraces rejection and adversity. I know it’s the path to freedom.

Fitness, my dogs and my family are my therapy today. When I am not helping people along their journey to better health, you can find me playing hide and seek with my dogs or mastering a challenging workout move.

Take care of your body, it is the only place you have to live.

I found my way. Now let me help you find yours.
