Chocolate Shakeology Pudding:
- 1½ scoops Chocolate Shakeology
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 large banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients in blender until smooth. Add a bit more almond milk if it is too thick. Pour into 4 small individual dishes and refrigerate for an hour. Garnish with strawberries and raspberries
Creamy Chocolate Covered Shakeology Strawberries:
- 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology powder
- 1 cup water
- ½ almond milk
- ½ cup frozen strawberries
Preparation:
Per usual, blend the milk shakeology and ice together. Add half the strawberries. Blend until smooth. Now stop the blender and add the rest of the chopped strawberries. Pack them into plastic wraps and refrigerate. Enjoy the chocolate dipped delights with your loved ones.
Chocolate Mocha Mousse:

- 4 oz. soft tofu
- 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
- ¼ cup almond milk
- 1 Tbsp. almond butter
Preparation:
Put all ingredients in a food processor (NOTE: don’t use a blender) and process for about 90 seconds. Refrigerate for about an hour. Garnish with almond slivers, banana slices, or fresh strawberries.
Shakeology Ice Cream
- 2 cups of almond milk
- 1 cup of ice
- 1 whole banana
- 2 Tbsp of PB2
- 2 scoops of Chocolate Shakeology
Preparation:
Blend on liquefy until a creamy consistency. Place in freezer for a few hours. Thaw slightly before eating.
Shakeology No-Bake Cookies:

- 1 cup natural peanut butter or almond butter
- 1 cup quick cooking oats
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup Chocolate Shakeology
Preparation:
Mix peanut butter, honey, oats, and Shakeology in medium bowl. Roll 24 balls, each about 1 Tbsp. Push them down a bit to flatten them into “cookie shape”.
Shakeology Brownie Cake:

- 1/4 cup / 1/2 scoop or packet of chocolate Shakeology
- 2 tbsp. Almond Butter
- 1/3 cup Instant Non-Fat Dry Milk
- 1/8 cup Hungry Jack Sugar Free Breakfast Syrup
- 2 tbsp. Sugar Free Cool Whip Whipped Topping
- 1 No Sugar Added Fudgsicle
Chocolate Shakeology Truffles:

- 2 scoops Chocolate Shakeology
- 6 ounces unsweetened chocolate
- 1 ½ cups Almond or Coconut Milk
- 2 ½ tsp sugarless sweetener
- 1 cup Shakeology powder mixed with 2 tablespoons Somersweet for dusting the truffles
Preparation:
Melt the unsweetened chocolate and Whisk until chocolate is yummy creamy. Slowly add the milk and mix well to keep the consistency. Afterwards, whisk in 2 scoops of Shakeology. Make sure that the chocolate mixture must be at room temperature before adding the Shakeology.
Refrigerate the mixture. When cool, it will become soft to roll into small truffle balls. Powder Shakeology over it and serve. You can also roll them in chopped nuts or coconut for a taste sensation!
